My goal is to help you facilitate your own personal growth! I am a conduit for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing. My own healing journey began over 25 years ago when I started Al-Anon meetings. It took me a long time to realize that happiness is an inside job. It all starts with our thoughts that trigger emotions and result in our reactions!! It is our core beliefs that are hidden in our subconscious that self-sabotage our relationships with inner peace, health and wealth.
